The Benedicto Calixto Museum is a symbol of Culture and Tourism in Santos and is supported by DP World Santos since 2014. This important partnership contributes to preserving the history of the Casarão Branco (white mansion), which was built in 1900 and is considered part of the city’s historical heritage due to its architectural concept.

The venue is home to historic documents, personal belongings and over 60 works of art by santista painter Benedicto Calixto. The house receives approximately 40 thousand visitors a year, including groups from schools, local institutions, tourists, authorities and local residents.

With DP World Santos support, the museum holds art exhibits by renowned Brazilian and international artists, musical, literary and theatrical events, providing the local population with the opportunity to get in touch with different cultural sources.
